Access to the ASA9 Music, LLC Industry Vault, demo materials, and catalog previews is restricted to
verified industry professionals. By entering, accessing, or requesting materials, you acknowledge and
agree to the following legally binding terms:
1. Copyright & Ownership
All compositions are original works owned by ASA9 Music and protected by U.S. Copyrights.
The website and all components thereof, including without limitation, all sound recordings, demos,
metadata and artwork are the exclusive property of ASA9 Music.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, broadcast, scraping, reverse engineering, or
exploitation of any kind is a violation of state and federal intellectual property law. ASA9 Music, LLC
expressly reserves all rights.
2. AI Generated Content
ASA9 Music uses AI technology to provide the examples of potential treatments of our original Copyright
protected compositions. These demos are not finished, professional releases; they are examples of what
is possible.
Members can choose to collaborate with ASA9 Music to create customized AI-assisted demo recordings, or
they can produce new versions with their own musicians using ASA9’s AI-assisted demos as a foundation.
Either path ensures the final recording is shaped precisely to the member’s creative and production needs.

3. Likeness & Artistic Representation
Any resemblance in the Demos to any performers or other artists or any elements of their expression
is incidental.
ASA9 Music, LLC does not intentionally replicate, impersonate, or use in any way the likeness, voice,
or persona of any performer or other artist.
4. No implied Obligation / No Submission Relationship
Access to the Industry Vault does not create any ongoing obligation for either party.
5. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from access to the
Industry Vault shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
6. Right to Revoke Access
ASA9 Music, LLC reserves the right to revoke, restrict, or suspend access to the Industry Vault at any

7. Electronic Acceptance
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the parties.
8. Additional Restrictions
The Vault is for industry professionals ONLY.
the following are strictly prohibited:
Removal, alteration, or manipulation of any Metadata;
AI training, cloning, dataset ingestion, or model inclusion of any demos, compositions, or any contents of the Vault or website;
Circumvention of access controls, download protections, or watermarking systems;
Any attempt to archive, scrape, or mass download materials from the Vault or elsewhere on the website.
